Train Garden Tradition

Every year we visit a variety of train gardens.  This is a fun tradition, popular in MD and PA for sure.  I am not sure where else, but my FL family didn’t know what we were talking about.

Many of the local fire stations put up a train garden for the Christmas Season, so we visit two of the fire stations.  We have also found a wonderful train garden display at an Auto Body Shop.  It has amazing detail!

The Auto Body Shop train garden:

Most train gardens have little buttons around the display for visitors to press.  They cause some part of the set up to move or light up.  The kids enjoy discovering what each button controls.

Year after year, the train gardens never get old.
