The kids were eating some cookies after dinner with their friends. These cookies were from the grocery store and were covered in icing with sprinkles. Our dinner guest had a 4 year old son who was licking all of the icing off his cookie... T asked her son, "Why are you only licking off the icing?" He said nothing because he didn't hear her. She added, "You aren't eating the healthy part!" _____________________________________________________

We took the boys to Dutch Wonderland for the day. D (age 4) was so excited. He turned to me in the car after we dropped off the girls and said, "The girls won't get to see me have so much fun today." (And he said it so sweetly, knowing that they would enjoy seeing him visit Dutch Wonderland. They had been talking it up to him all week.) _____________________________________________________
