Tiny Talk Tuesday

Tiny Talk Tuesday helps parents focus on one of the many joys of parenting - the funny things that our little ones (and sometimes big ones) have to say.

Join in the fun and record the Tiny Talk overheard in your house! Publish a post on your blog and link us to the laughs. Then be sure to link to the blog carnival on this post so more bloggers can join in the fun.

The guidelines can be found here if you need them.

My children are participating in an Easter Egg Hunt with some friends this week. They have to write clues about themselves to put in the eggs for a little "get to know you better" game.

I had them each list 7 clues about themselves and thought it was cute "Tiny Talk" to see what they said about themselves:

K (age 8)...
loves to read
loves to play piano
is adventurous
loves to cook
likes the "How to train your dragon" series
is a helpful person

T (age 6)...
wants a violin
hates to go to bed
likes peanut butter and jelly
wishes she could cook
likes penguins
doesn't have a favorite book
likes the pool

D (age 4)...
loves to play computer
loves to go to sleep
likes bunnies
is 4 years old
has a favorite book, "Fish out of Water", which he calls the "Otto" book
likes to wear shirts
plays with his targets and guns was cute to see what the "older three" had to say for their little brother...

C (age 22 months)...
is cute
takes naps
we love him
drools a lot
likes to knock things down
is whiny and arguing
likes to play in the sink

While describing C, his big brother, D, said, "I love you". (he was "saying" it to C as a clue) Cute stuff!
