My sweet husband is home with the four kiddos while I am visiting a dear friend in North Carolina. They are having a great time!
After a fun day at a special playground with daddy, daddy stopped at the gas station to get a treat.
D (age 3), who likes to pretend he is a cat, was so excited. He started exclaiming, "This cat is so excited. This cat is so happy! Meow Meow Meow!"

C (age 1) woke up Monday morning and it was very quiet in his crib. Then daddy heard, "Mamama mamama mamama".
Awwwww.....my cutie pie. I sure miss him since I am in NC while writing this.

K (age 7) randomly announced to me that she thinks "Honolulu" and "Tallahassee" are the funniest names of capital cities in the US. Later she added, "Boise".

I knew the girls would miss mommy and talk about it. It was delightful to hear that my three year old little guy was asking for me today. He misses mommy too!

Awww! They missed their mommy! So sweet. My little girl (she's almost 4) gets so excited about something and says, "This is going to be so excitement!" LOL. Cracks me up everytime.

I agree with K--Tallahassee and Boise are funny names. (The double s, double e in Tallahassee is just about making me cross-eyed, too!)
Ahh, how sweet to know you are missed while you are away. I am so used to hearing them cry for Daddy when he is gone since Mommy is always home with them!!
