D (age 3) is a great subject to photograph because he is always “doing”.
The camera doesn’t distract him at all. He is a pretty serious fellow when he is involved in an activity.
You can’t “hear” it, but I can when I look at this shot…it’s the sound that he always makes when he is “busy” in his world.
There he is, making that noise again. The kitchen sink is a favorite place for him.
Of course, getting him to actually look at the camera is a rare feat indeed!
He is such a wiggly worm if you are trying to get him to pose.
And he moves so quickly that you might just miss something in the shot…like his cheek! But he is still a handsome little guy, no doubt.
I love this one though. It just really captures him.
I loved this shot because spring and winter were both present.
Of course, a little blur to the background really made D pop out!
Always the thinker when he is working.
Getting him to actually look at the camera and smile is tough.
Up here, D, the camera is up here!
Right above you!
Yep, my serious little guy is not one to pose easily for me.
That makes him quite an interesting subject to photograph in his own way.
More of my cuties after Tuesday’s Tiny Talkers.

Great shots Mary! What a cutie little D is!
these are great, Amy!
So fun seeing these pics! My husband could photograph our girls for hours. Like I said before, we have tons of slide we need to get photos of or something. I miss not being able to view them and our projector is with a broken bulb.
The pics of C were darling! Your boys are growing up so fast!
