Tiny Talk Tuesday helps parents focus on one of the many joys of parenting - the funny things that our little ones (and sometimes big ones) have to say.
Join in the fun and record the Tiny Talk overheard in your house! Publish a post on your blog and link us to the laughs. Then be sure to link to the blog carnival on this post so more bloggers can join in the fun.

T (age 4) was preparing her presentation for her class about a family tradition. We attend the kite festival in DC every year, so she decided to present about our trip.
Mom: Where does your family go every year?
T: The kite festival.
Mom: Where is the kite festival?
T: Washington DC
Mom: What do you do there?
T: We fly kites.
Mom: What is your favorite part about the kite festival?
T: (big grin) I like the train ride.
(gee, you mean that we could ride the metro and skip the kites...)

Mom: What did you do outside, D?
D (age 2): Playing dirt.
(that's my boy...LOL)

I also love riding the Metro!
Boys and dirt, inseperable.
They're so cute!
Train rides rule!
Oh! That dirt thing? JS hasn't met a puddle or mud pile he didn't like.
The kite festival sounds super fun. I'm glad D met his daily requirements for dirt that day.
hehe I love that her favorite part was the metro! Sounds like our boys would get along perfectly together.
Isn't it funny how kids find pleasure in the simple things like the "train ride?"
