MTM today

Today I posted about some of my healthy food changes over at Multi-Tasking Moms. Come on over and find foods that don't contain Hydrogenated Oils.

I felt like it was the lottery or something as I read thru your list! I won! We use the "simply jif" peanut butter, so I need to check it. Everything else you listed as safe, we use! Yay!
